The following are the terms and conditions applicable to Virtual Reality Bathroom Shop Ltd website. Virtual Reality Bathroom Shop will be referred to in the following as the "Company"

Price: The price is the value of the unit on display or described on the website(price represents one item only unless otherwise stated). The price displayed per unit at the time and date of purchase, will be the price charged. The price displayed includes tax.

Delivery: All goods purchased may be delivered within ten working days from date of purchase, where this is possible and delivery is within the control of the "company".. The "company" will not be responsible for delay or damage caused by third party delivery services or their agents. If goods are not delivered within a reasonable period and delay has not occurred by unforeseeable, unavoidable circumstances,you may refuse to accept delivery of goods. The "company" will refund the price of the goods purchased. The "company" will not be responsible for any charges, demands, expenses, liability incurred due to delay delivery. All goods delivered should be checked thoroughly. The"company" will not accept liability for damage goods which were accepted and signed as being in good order when delivered.

Refunds: Are available for goods sold and found to be defective.. Notice of defective goods must be made in writing or email the "company" immediately on discovery of the defective goods. The goods must be returned to the "company" within 10 days from date of purchase. The "company" will be responsible for the cost related to return of defective goods. The"company" will not be responsible for any costs, expenses, demands, liability incurred or requested due to defective goods. The "company will not be liable for any defective goods which is the fault of the manufacture. All goods in the restore section of the shop will carry the "companies"twelve month guarantee. This guarantee will not cover the following.

a.Chipping
b.Scratching/Tearing
c. Dulling of surface due to neglect.
d. Staining

All other goods sold by the "company" will carry the manufacturers guarantee. The "company" will not be liable for manufacturers defects.

Shop: Is a Virtual Reality Bathroom shop and marketing enterprise, used to display and divulge information. All displays and information contained on the website are not specific, are therefore open to variation and change. The website is protected by copyright, patent trademark, property rights and the law. Within the totality of applicable law we will not be liable for any form of damage from the inability to use or the unauthorized use of the website. We will not be liable for the misuse or unauthorized use of the website by employees or agents. Changes may be made to the website at our discretion.

The following method may be used for the payment of goods purchased.
a. Credit card-using.............secure server. No credit card information is held or stored by the "company.
b. Cheque-allowing 10 working days for cheque clearance.

Failure to act by us on a breech of the terms and conditions will not constitute a waver of our rights.
Should we decide to waver our rights to the terms and conditions it will be done so in writing.
